Eligibility

Skilled Worker Overseas:

  • To be eligible for this program, applicants must establish a connection to Manitoba, such as having family members or friends in Manitoba, or prior education or work experience in the province.
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience is required.
  • Skilled work experience should be in NOC skill levels 0, 1, 2, or 3. Your experience can cover one or more of these categories.
  • Applicants must be between 21 and 45 years of age.
  • The minimum IELTS requirement is CLB 4.
  • Education \u2013 Diploma/ Bachelors / Masters/ PHD
  • Funding requirement - Applicant: approximately $ 13,800 and Each Dependent: approximately $ 3,700
Skilled Worker in Manitoba:

  • To apply for the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway program, you must demonstrate an ongoing Manitoba employment history as your established connection to the province.
  • The long-term employment offer must be from the same employer.
  • If you obtain a temporary work permit through Immigration after accumulating 6 months of experience in Manitoba, you may apply for permanent residency.
